Our Affiliates Sacramento Yoga Center welcomes the following partners. 
Twenty-four years of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork expereince and ten years as an instructor at the Integrative Therapy School (a professional training program for Massage and Bodywork) bring a wealth of insight and knowledge to Ann’s classroom and table work. Each Integrative Therapy session is unique, based upon what will create the greatest benefit for the client, integrating numerous modalities. Ann is also a certified Gyrokinesis instructor, certified Pilates mat instructor, and Gyrotonic apprentice. Personal Training and Small Classes: Gyrotonic®, Gyrokinesis®, Roll, Release, & Restore (Pilates/Somatic Exercises on small equipment.) Priya Ayurveda Skin & Body Care At the core of my work is my belief that we are all connected, one with the Divine Source of all life. Each of us, our beautiful animal beings, the plants, trees, and insects included, are a wondrous, unique, and temporary expression of Life's (or Love's or God's) longing to know Itself through new form. The wisdom of Ayurveda gives us the inner and outer tools to find balance and attunement with our Divine Origin within life’s constant motion. Holding a “sacred space” for healing to occur, my conscious touch supports the release of fixed patterns of emotion and tension, gently disarming the mind's constant activity, leading one into a state of relaxation and rejuvenation.
