Class Schedule

All classes are held at Sacramento Yoga Center (Sierra 2 Community Center, Room 6) unless noted. Please arrive on time and enter quietly. Comfortable clothing and an empty stomach are recommended. Advise your teacher if you have significant health problems, concerns, or are pregnant. In consideration of others, please do not wear heavy perfumes and remember to turn off cell phones and pagers.

Sierra 2 is closed for the following holidays: President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. If your class falls on one of those days, it is cancelled.
